Billing & Payment Policy
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
At Carson Digital Marketing, our services are provided on a recurring monthly basis. To continue providing reliable hosting, website management, SEO, and digital marketing services, invoices must be paid on time at the due date specified in the invoice.
Payment Terms
- Invoices are due on the due date listed on the invoice.
- Payments may be made by any approved payment method shown on the invoice.
- Automatic payments are encouraged whenever possible.
Late Payments
Accounts not paid by the due date may be subject to the following:
- 7 Days Past Due
- A $25 late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.
- A reminder notice will be sent advising of the late fee being applied.
- 14 Days Past Due
- Services will be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.
- Suspension may include:
- Website hosting
- Email Services
- Text Services
- Website management
- SEO services
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Any service provided by Carson Digital Marketing.
Service Suspension
Service suspension is always a last resort and is intended only when payment has not been received despite multiple reminders.
Website suspension may result in:
- Website visitors being unable to access your website.
- Lost leads or online sales.
- Temporary disruption to forms or other hosted services.
- Negative impacts to search engine rankings and SEO performance.
- Removal of your website and/or any of it’s pages from search results.
While we make every effort to avoid service interruptions, Carson Digital Marketing cannot be responsible for business losses resulting from suspension due to non-payment.
Restoration of Service
Once payment has been received:
- Late fees must also be paid before service restoration.
- Services will be restored as soon as reasonably possible during normal business hours.
- Additional work required because of extended suspension or third-party actions may be billed separately.
