Like A Rocket
After spending three times as much with a previous advertising company for far weaker results, Breeze Party Rentals needed a better way to reach customers during its busiest season. Carson Digital delivered a 952% return on ad spend in the first month—generating so much demand that the company hired another sales representative to help keep up.

Nearly 10x: A Return Worth Celebrating
Return on ad spend—or ROAS—measures how much revenue advertising produces compared with what was spent to run it.
During Carson Digital’s first month managing the campaign, Breeze Party Rentals achieved a 952% ROAS. That means every $1 invested in advertising produced approximately $9.52 in tracked revenue.
The company had previously spent nearly three times as much with another advertising provider without achieving comparable results. This time, the advertising didn’t merely generate impressive numbers—it created enough real demand that Breeze Party Rentals hired another sales representative to help manage the incoming opportunities.
Building Visibility Beyond Paid Ads
Advertising allowed Breeze Party Rentals to capture immediate demand during its busiest season, but paid traffic was only one part of the strategy.
We also began improving the company’s local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility to reduce its long-term dependence on advertising. The campaign is still underway, but Breeze Party Rentals is already earning first-position map rankings across much of the tracked service area.
Together, paid advertising and Local SEO give the business two ways to reach prospective customers: immediate visibility when demand is highest and growing organic visibility designed to produce results long after the advertising campaign ends.
Capturing More Opportunities – Turning Website Visitors Into Conversations
Generating website traffic has little value if interested visitors leave without taking the next step. We added strategically placed lead-capture opportunities that made it easier for prospective customers to start a conversation.
Website pop-ups capture additional leads, while automatic text messages created a faster and more direct connection between new prospects and the sales team.
Instead of waiting for every visitor to call or complete a traditional contact form, they gained more opportunities to engage customers while their interest was still high.
Custom HighLevel Automation – A Sales System Built Around Breeze
As leads entered the system, custom HighLevel workflows automatically organized and routed them based on business needs.
We built automated sales-representative assignment and tracking so new opportunities could reach the appropriate team member without relying on manual distribution. Customer and order information could move between HighLevel and the company’s existing InflatableOffice system, helping its marketing and operational tools work together.
Custom automations also sent timely order notifications and customer communications throughout the process. This gave the team a more consistent way to manage inquiries and orders while reducing repetitive administrative work.
The system was not pulled from a template. Each workflow was designed specifically around Breeze’s team, customer journey, and day-to-day operations.
Review Automation – Making Every Completed Job More Valuable
A successful rental should create more than one satisfied customer. It should also help the business earn the trust of the next person considering Breeze.
We created an automated review-request process triggered when a job was completed. Customers receive a timely invitation to share their experience without requiring the sales team to remember to send every request manually.
This helps consistently turn completed orders into fresh reputation signals that support customer confidence, local visibility, and future growth.
One Partnership. Three Businesses.
Our relationship with Breeze Party Rentals did not begin with their main business. It began with successful projects for their new startup: The Mobile Tee and supporting their seasonal business: Breeze Property Service.
Those results built the confidence to entrust Carson Digital with Breeze Party Rentals—the owner’s established company. The business already had another agency managing its SEO and advertising, but the cost of those services was not translating into the performance they expected.

Before the Calls Dry Up
After years without meaningful website improvements, Palmetto Floor Sanding’s search visibility was declining—and customer calls were becoming increasingly scarce.
With their previous website provider preparing to retire, they turned to Carson Digital to rebuild their website and begin the long-term work of restoring their visibility across Google Search, local results, and emerging AI-powered answers.

The Cost Of Standing Still
Palmetto Floor Sanding had not meaningfully revisited its website in years. During that time, search behavior changed, competitors continued investing, and the company’s once-valuable online presence gradually lost ground.
Traffic was trending downward, calls were drying up, and the website was no longer providing the steady visibility the business needed.
The decline did not happen overnight—and neither would the recovery. By the time a neglected website begins affecting incoming business, many of the underlying problems have already been developing for months or even years.
Rebuilding From the Foundation
Carson Digital had previously built a smaller project website for Palmetto Floor Sanding, giving the company confidence to trust us with its primary online presence when its longtime website provider prepared to retire.
We began by rebuilding the website around the company’s services, expertise, customers, and target market. From there, we launched a coordinated strategy combining traditional SEO, Local SEO, and AI Search Optimization.
The goal is not simply to recover lost rankings. It is to build a stronger foundation that helps Palmetto Floor Sanding become easier to find, understand, and trust wherever prospective customers search.
Preparing for the Future of Search
Search is no longer limited to a list of website links. Customers are increasingly receiving direct answers and recommendations through Google’s AI-powered experiences and other generative platforms.
To prepare Palmetto Floor Sanding for that shift, we are developing clear, answer-oriented content built around the real questions homeowners ask before repairing, refinishing, or replacing hardwood floors.
The campaign is still in its early stages, but Google AI Mode has already begun mentioning the company where it previously had no measured visibility. That represents an encouraging first step—not the finish line—as we continue rebuilding its presence across traditional and AI-powered search.
Don’t Wait Until Your Phone Stops Ringing
A website can continue looking perfectly acceptable while its visibility quietly erodes behind the scenes. By the time traffic and calls noticeably decline, rebuilding that momentum may require significant time and sustained work.
Regularly investing in your website and search presence is far easier than recovering after years of neglect.

A Smarter Way To Start
Starting a business is expensive, and Kingswell Meridian needed to preserve its capital for the things that would help the company operate and grow. Spending more than $2,500 on a relatively straightforward website simply wasn’t part of the plan.
Building it themselves appeared more affordable—until the time involved became clear. Learning a website platform, writing content, making design decisions, and handling the technical details would take attention away from launching the actual business.
Carson Digital’s affordable web design service gave them another option: a professionally built website without the large upfront investment or stressful DIY process.
Built to Grow With You
Within one week, Kingswell Meridian had a polished, professional website that established its online presence and gave prospective clients confidence in the new business.
Just as important, they didn’t walk away from the project with another system to manage alone. As Kingswell Meridian grows, Carson Digital remains available to update content, add new capabilities, and help the website evolve alongside the business.
The owner was thrilled with the finished website—and free to focus on building the company he actually set out to create.

A Business For Every Season
Breeze Property Service was created to serve a practical purpose. As demand for the owner’s party rental business slows during the colder Ohio months, they provide seasonal services such as Christmas-light installation, and snow removal.
The business did not need an elaborate or expensive website. It needed a straightforward, professional online presence that clearly explained its services and gave local customers a reliable way to get in touch.
Ready Before Winter
After the success of our work with The Mobile Tee, the owner trusted Carson Digital to bring this new seasonal brand online quickly and affordably.
We delivered a polished website without a lengthy development process or large upfront cost. Breeze Property Service entered the season with the credibility it needed, while Carson Digital remained available to update the website as its services and business continue to grow.
What began with one successful project had now grown into a partnership supporting two of the owner’s businesses—and would eventually lead to us supporting their primary company, Breeze Party Rentals.

Starting From Zero
As a brand-new company, it began with no established Google Business Profile presence and little chance of appearing when nearby customers searched for its services.
We built that presence from the ground up through ongoing Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization—helping Google understand what the company offered, where it operated, and which searches it should appear for.
The result was a dramatic shift from being buried in local results to earning prominent map visibility throughout its target market.
From Project to Partnership
The ranking grid tells the story: The Mobile Tee now holds first-position map rankings across much of the tracked service area, with visibility continuing to improve as the campaign progresses.
For a startup, that visibility means more than rankings. It allows the business to be discovered alongside—and often ahead of—established competitors when prospective customers are actively searching.
The success of this first project also built a lasting relationship. That trust led the owner to bring Carson Digital into Breeze Property Service and eventually Breeze Party Rentals, expanding one successful Local SEO campaign into a partnership spanning three businesses.

Long Term Growth
When Amazing Stucco came to us, their online presence was virtually nonexistent — no website traffic, no map pack visibility, and zero qualified leads from search. They were locked into overpriced lead-gen platforms that offered little control, owned all of their reviews, and offered even less ROI.
We started with a laser-focused local SEO strategy targeting high-intent searches like “stucco repair Apopka” and nearby Florida cities. Paired with a Google Ads campaign optimized for conversion calls, we increased their visibility across maps, organic, and paid results — all while driving consistent, inbound leads week after week.
Their website traffic exploded, with over 1000% increase and they are still currently in the top spot on the Google Map Pack.
By mid-2025, their growth was tangible enough to begin planning an entirely new phase of business: full–home remodel services. What started as a fix turned into a foundation for expansion.
Next Phase of Business
There’s no greater compliment than being asked to help a client grow beyond their original goals. After months of consistent lead flow and increasing local authority, Amazing Stucco reached out to begin planning their expansion into full-home remodels — without sacrificing the momentum we’d built together.
A new dawn truly had arrived — and we were honored to be part of it.
Thank you to Clyde and the entire Amazing Stucco team for trusting us with your vision.

Booked Solid
Devon was an extremely talented portrait photographer in Greenville, SC juggling a full-time job and a growing side business. Frustrated with chasing unreliable social media leads and a failed Google Ads attempt, she turned to Carson Digital.
We streamlined her campaign, cut wasted ad spend, and had her booked out months in advance — all while preserving her time and sanity.
Though she eventually shifted careers, this project proved how powerful a well-optimized campaign can be — even for a solo creative.
Max Results, Minimal Time
When Devon Knight reached out, she was balancing a full-time job and trying to grow her photography side business — specializing in portraits, maternity, and family sessions. Like many creatives, she was burning hours chasing leads on social media, with little to show for it.
After trying Google Ads on her own following Google’s setup wizard, she blew through her entire monthly budget in a week without gaining a single lead — she was ready for a smarter strategy.
We stepped in and completely rebuilt her campaign: tightening the targeting, refining when and where her ads would display. The results were fast and impactful — in just a few short months, Devon was booked solid over a month out, all while spending 60% less on ads than before.
Eventually, the business grew faster than her availability. With demand exceeding what she could manage alongside her career, Devon chose to step back from photography — not because it wasn’t working, but because it was working too well.
Right Exit, Right Reasons
Not every success story ends with scaling to the moon — sometimes, it’s about creating space, freedom, and options.
For Devon, digital marketing wasn’t just about more leads — it was about reclaiming her time. Our work helped her turn a side hustle into something truly in-demand, proving what was possible with the right strategy in place.
While she ultimately chose a new path, we’re proud to have been part of her journey — and proud that her business went out on top.

Real-World Origins
5 Star Bounce wasn’t just another client — it was the business that helped shape Carson Digital. This bounce house rental startup, launched in Simpsonville, SC, became the proving ground for the strategies we now use every day.

A Spark Was Lit
5 Star Bounce was more than just a weekend rental hustle — it was our own business, and the proving ground for the strategies we now bring to our clients.
From the beginning, we treated it like a real brand: launching with a managed Google Ads campaign, a tightly focused SEO strategy, and text communications. The goal wasn’t just to get clicks — it was to build a business that could stand on organic momentum, not ad spend alone.
That strategy worked. Within months, organic traffic overtook paid traffic — and kept climbing. Instead of spending more to stay visible, we were spending less and gaining more. By spring, we were front-and-center for all the right local searches, with SEO doing the heavy lifting.
The data tells the story: a scalable system that reduced reliance on paid ads, delivered consistent leads, and helped build a seasonal business that was sustainable.
Some Sparks, Make Fire
For 5 Star Bounce, the results were personal — and measurable. During the busy season, the site was bringing in between 600–800 monthly visitors, a number that can completely reshape the outlook for a small, local business.
That kind of local traffic doesn’t happen by accident. It came from a fully integrated strategy: SEO, paid ads, and site optimization all working together. But the real game changer? Text-based customer communications.
We implemented a website texting feature to streamline follow-ups and booking — and it delivered. Of the 403 tracked opportunities, over 65% converted, with many of the highest-value leads interacting via SMS. That kind of conversion rate is rare — and proof of what’s possible when strategy, tools, and execution align. What’s more — our customer’s loved it and we spent less time talking on the phone.
Though I eventually sold the business to focus on my true passion — helping businesses grow — the success of 5 Star Bounce became the foundation for Carson Digital. It’s where I developed the same growth-focused approach I now use to help other small businesses build something real — and scalable.
